A grand two story villa restoration. This 1870’s villa in Darfield was the original homestead for the Waireka Run, named for the river that flows nearby.

Work completed on this project was the renovation of a family bathroom, formal living room, large mud room incorporating bespoke joinery restored from old wood sheds on the property, and the installation of a rear veranda, with hardscaping completed too.

A transformation of a terrace home, with an additional level added. This was a full house strip out and remodel, with the removal of structural walls for open plan living and allowing light to flow through.

We also completed the restoration of the staircase and bespoke furniture was created for the family kitchen.
